What makes a run sheet usable?

A strong transportation plan names each movement, separates passenger assembly from departure, identifies the exact curb or terminal, assigns an onsite decision-maker, and records what happens when the schedule changes. It should be short enough for a driver to scan and specific enough for a substitute to run.

Before sending it

  • Use exact addresses and venue entrances.
  • Confirm headcount, luggage, and accessibility needs.
  • Give the provider every movement, including empty returns.
  • Verify holding, parking, permits, and final departure rules.
